Scott Blanford

Scott Blanford is the compliance manager and leadership development trainer for Business Interface. With over 20 years of leadership experience in education, training, and workforce development, he focuses on helping organizations assess and implement the best practices to promote, support, and deliver essential leadership development, training and compliance, and strategic programming. Mr. Blanford thrives on consistently raising the standards of personal and professional excellence and is deeply committed to promoting diverse and inclusive opportunities in the workplace.

His workforce leadership has included time in the education, healthcare, and entertainment industries. Mr. Blanford has led efforts to provide well-rounded, positive, and engaging learning and development experiences and build and cultivate strong relationships across all organizational levels.

Mr. Blanford holds a Master of Organizational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University and is pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Leadership and Professional Practice from the same institution. He earned a Bachelor's in Music Education from Immaculata University and is an accomplished musician. Mr. Blanford enjoys spending time with his wife Lindsay and their three children and performing with his jazz groups, Standard Time Jazz Combo, and the Unsung Heroes of Jazz. He is also an avid Philadelphia sports fan and loves rooting for the Eagles. Go Birds!
