Tondalaya Carroll

As co-owner of Business Interface, Dr. Carroll has served as the CAO since the formation of the company in 2006.

Equally as passionate as her husband, Dr. Carroll has been active in numerous community, educational, and private sector initiatives focused on preparing underserved populations for employment at the local and national levels. Dr. Carroll holds a doctoral degree in organizational leadership, a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, and a master’s degree in business administration.

Years of community service have centered on at-risk youth, women in leadership, employing veterans, disability in the workplace, and domestic violence initiatives. Most recently, Dr. Carroll served as chair and assistant professor in the Department of Entrepreneurial Studies at Lincoln University in Pennsylvania.
