Find Employment

The end goal for any client enrolled in BI’s programs is placement in a job with sustainable wages and links to support system that can assist in maintaining the employment relationship. Finding employment begins with a series of preliminary intake interviews and employability assessments that help to identify a job/skill match. An individual plan of action is then created that links clients to services, supports, and additional training/education as necessary to achieve employment success. Verifiable program activity has resulted in average rates of 80% for placement and 70% for retention beyond 90 days.
