Alyssa Williams is the Workforce Development Supervisor at the Business Interface office in West Deptford New Jersey. With more than 20 years of experience in community and human services. Ms. Williams has built a career centered on leadership, mentorship, advocacy, and advancing DEI and Human Rights initiatives that strengthen communities and workplaces.

Ms. Williams chose to work for Business Interface because she is passionate about helping others grow. She is committed to empowering individuals through guidance, support, and meaningful opportunities for success. Utilizing her experience and professional knowledge to bring a new perspective to the clients we serve. In her free time, Ms. Williams enjoys gardening, spending time with family and animals, and expressing creativity through hands-on projects and building with Legos.
