Regina Dorsey
Support Team Senior Leader
Regina Dorsey is a Senior Leader at the Corporate Office, where she provides strategic direction, mentorship, and operational support to drive team success. Ms. Dorsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Morgan State University and an MBA in International Management with a concentration in Finance from the University of Phoenix. She also began pursuing a Ph.D. in Global Business Analytics at the University of Pennsylvania.
With a career defined by leadership, advocacy, and resilience, Ms. Dorsey has used her personal journey with Sickle Cell Anemia as a platform to raise awareness and improve patient care. She has served on medical advisory boards, hospital committees, and participated in legislative sessions to help transform healthcare standards for those living with chronic illness.
In addition to her professional work, Ms. Dorsey is deeply involved in her community. She serves as the Maryland Ambassador for Sick Cells, Inc., sits on the Board of Directors and Advisory Board for the Sick Cells Association of Harford & Cecil Counties and the Eastern Shore, and is a Lifetime Member of the Aberdeen Lioness Lions Club. She is also an active member of Cokesbury Baptist Church, where she sings in the choir and participates in the Women Supporting Women Faith Group.
Ms. Dorsey has been recognized in Who’s Who Worldwide, the National Dean’s List, and is a member of the Alpha Kappa Delta International Sociology Honor Society.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her grandson and family, and her love for NASCARÂ and motorcycles. Having faced personal loss and triumph, Ms. Dorsey continues to be guided by her faith, her family, and her unwavering commitment to helping others achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
