Joseph Finney is a dedicated professional that actively conveys authority and guidance in workforce development, currently serving as the Center Supervisor at the Business Interface Dover office.  A graduate of the University of Delaware, Joseph Finney earned a Bachelor’s degree, laying a strong foundation for a career centered around empowering individuals and strengthening communities through employment and training initiatives.
